Spring Clean-up

Finally, spring is here!! It's been in the 60's for the last two days. Yesterday, Curt was busy outside cleaning out the pond and getting the waterfall put in and cleaning out around the lilac bushes. Today, he planted some wildflower seeds under the lilacs and mowed the lawn. I took the leaf vac and cleaned out along the garage and picked up more apples under the trees. But our biggest job was moving Jeremy's Toyota. A little over a week ago a cop came and gave us a citation saying that someone had complained that the tarped car in out back yard was an eyesore and we needed to get it moved by May 12. Jeremy said he heard about a program on Car Talk that you could donate your old cars to NPR and they come and pick them up and everything so we filled out all the paperwork and I sent them the title and today we got the call from the towing people saying they would be here sometime this week. Anyway, when we went to move the car to the front of the house we discovered the back tire on the passenger side was seized up and wouldn't move and dispite all our best efforts of getting it loose we ended up towing it around the block leaving a skid mark all the way. But none the less it is ready to be picked up. Jeremy, what's with the insulation in the trunk?

Oh, Jeremy, Curt was the guilty party in putting the insulation in the trunk of the car. Sorry.
