Changes

Have you ever noticed in life how one change seems to lead to another. Take for instance our home. Last fall we decided to put in new windows, which led to taking out the picture window and putting in a patio door, which led to adding a deck on the front, which led to taking out the front door. In the process of putting in the patio door they had to do some patch work which led to the question of residing the front of the house which led to deciding to put steel siding on the entire house. And then there's the quilt I saw in a magazine which I ordered. It has that northwoods look and it got me thinking that I should redo my bedroom in that style, which led to going to the furniture store and buying a rough-cut log bedroom set, which led to having to repaint the bedroom before they deliver it. So today in honor of St. Patrick's Day I now have a willlow green bedroom. So much change can happen in a 24 hour period of time. I'll post pictures when the change is complete for both the house and the bedroom.
