Snowball fairies

We had a whore frost this morning but by the time I took my walk most of the frost had already fallen off the trees. But as I was walking along the path every once in a while a clump of frost would fall down and hit me or drop on the sidewalk in front of me. I envisioned fairies up in the trees throwing snowballs at me. It made me smile :)
