It's a sad day

Well, I guess I can unofficially say we had our first snow of the winter. Yesterday it tried to snow but melted as soon as it hit the ground but this morning it actually stayed for a while. Even though the temperature isn't all that cold just seeing the snow on the ground makes me not want to even venture outside. But I can't complain because this has been the most beautiful fall we have had in a long time and we have been blessed to not have had snow until now. My goal today is to get the Christmas lights up, I should have done it yesterday but I chose to rest instead and now I have to put up with the wind. But the sun is shining now so it is more inviting to get outside.
